After installing Thunderbird 47 I cannot us the up-down arrow keys to scroll up and down the messages in my inbox, I must use the mouse to select a message. It seems like this happened before after a new build, but I can't remember what I did to change it back.

how does the message list get the input focus to read your keystrokes if you do not select something in the list first?
