This has nothing to do with Thunderbird.

Install all the clip art you want on your computer and remember where it is.

When composing a message select Insert-Image and navigate to those images and select them.

There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account so I am not sure what you are getting at with that question. Thunderbird is email client software that runs on your computer. Email accounts come from email providers like gmail, Yahoo or Comcast.
