Can I customize "right click" context specific menus - like moving "delete msg" to the top of the list?

When I 'right mouse click' a message in my list, the context menu comes up - a very long list with the command I use exclusively (delete highlighted message) at the very bottom. It's not a big deal, it would just be more convenient if I could move the command to or near the top of the list.

Expanding the options within context menus make ours lives more difficult, not easier. Please us give a way to tailor the context menus to our needs. I use less than half of the choices I'm forced to deal with.
