I have gone into account settings and changed my name from "Front Desk" to my business name, but when I send an email out the recipient is still seeing Front Desk. Have I missed something basic?

Thunderbird Menu > Tools > Account Settings

  • Choose the Email
    • Dafault Identity > Your Name (Change it)
