Ads Started to Appear - Hoqw to remove them
Yesterday ads started to appear on the homepage I set up in Firefox.
Today it states "Remove ads for $2.49/mo".
I've uninstalled and re-installed Firefox and reset Firefox to defaults... no joy.
Any thoughts?

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

It seems that it was related to the ProtoPage 'start' page that I had; not at all related to FireFox.
