On some web sites, (amazon) can enter some info in https://central-online.proxyvote.com/pv/web.do I was having roblems, from lack of knowledge, in entering #'s did something in the Tools/options that cause # entry to not work at all.

What happen if you enter a number and submit the form?

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
