zotero vanished, system restore did not help, need it ASAP, 100+ items on it

I updated several programs, anti virus, addons etc. I wanted to add a web page to zotero and it had vanished. It was on the bottom bar Z in red circle. No longer there or in my addon list. System restore didn't help. I had 100+ items stored in it for my business. I NEED them ASAP. How do I get it back WITH the contents stored in it???

You can try to reinstall the Zotero extension.
