TB has stopped downloading my emails from The Messaging Company as of 02/10/2026. Nothing has changed on my end as far as i know.

Hi Stuart,

If Thunderbird stopped downloading mail suddenly on 02/10/2026 without any changes on your end, could you first click Get Messages and see whether Thunderbird displays an error message?

It would also help to know whether you can still access your email through The Messaging Company's webmail. If you can, that would tell us whether the problem is with Thunderbird's connection to the mail server rather than the account itself.

Please also let us know which version of Thunderbird and which operating system you're using. If there's an error message when Thunderbird tries to check for new mail, please include the exact wording.
