Is there a different format available to receive emails - mine have changed to small lines of words not very readable.
My email messages format has changed. Used to be a very readable format now it has changed to a bunch of links with small wording. Example - an email from Swansons: [Swansons](https://www.swansonvitamins.com/)

Is this for all messages, or just one or a few? If the latter, it sounds like it's a message in HTML format - the sender can set the font size and Thunderbird will display it as they indicate. You can usually enlarge it temporarily on the fly with the keystrokes <Ctrl+"plus sign"> , and <Ctrl+"minus sign"> to shrink, and <Ctrl+0> to return to the default size.
If it's for all messages, you might experiment with the Fonts settings, which can be found at <Settings | Language & Fonts | Fonts>. Make a note of your current settings to return to, in case you don't get the desired effect.
You can also display an HTML message in "Simple HTML" or plain text format, which might show it in a more readable way. See the menu option <View | Message Body As>. These are "sticky" options that will persist until you change them.
Have not been able to solve it so far anyway. Could not find the menu option <View | Message Body As>. It happens to all messages now. This all starter fairly recently where before it was no problem as emails were all displayed differently.
