I have windows 10 and I started my computer this morning and all my icons in the bookmark area where all deleted and I have no idea why. What do I do or do yous have a phone number to reach

Not sure but I read that windows 10 has reached the end of support in oct. 2025. I have no idea what book marks I had because My friend put them in for me. I do not know why firefox or windows had the rights to chage my computer and I do not have the funds to buy a new windows 11 computer. So bottom line what can I do to fix this issue
