Passwords won't reveal
When on Firefox desktop I can't reveal any passwords. Currently, it's set to prompt for a user login from the computer to reveal a password but it doesn't show the prompt when clicking to reveal a password.
Restarting the browser doesn't seem to work. Restarting the computer doesn't seem to do the trick either. I tried signing out and back in from my Firefox account but that didn't work either. I tried using mobile Firefox and that seems to work properly. Passwords also auto-fill like normal, basically the only thing not working is the password reveal. I'm not exactly sure what I can proceed to try next to fix this.

The issue is likely with the "Primary Password" feature or system authentication integration on your desktop.
1. Disable and re-enable the Primary Password: Go to Firefox Settings > Privacy & Security. Under "Logins and Passwords," uncheck "Use a Primary Password," restart Firefox, then set it up again if desired. This can reset the authentication trigger . 2. Check macOS permissions (if applicable): If on a Mac, ensure Firefox has permission for "System Events" in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Automation. 3. Reset the password manager: Type `about:config` in the address bar, search for `signon.management.page.breach-alerts.enabled` and ensure it's set to `true`. Also, try toggling `signon.generation.confidence` off and on . 4. Test in a new profile: Create a fresh Firefox profile via `about:profiles`. If the reveal works there, it confirms a corruption issue in your main profile's password database.
