Windows 11 Version 145 No error message I have tried reloading Firefox I have tried to restart Firefox

What does it mean "the tabs don't work"?

The various tabs across the top won't send the computer to that page. Example Aol.com, Nbc news , Yahoo, Facebook. The tabs in the menu bar.
