The easiest way, assuming you have access to the old profile is this:

  1. cllick tools>import>import from a file
  2. then follow the addressbook menus to the'sqlite' option
  3. click that and then locate 'abook.sqlite' on the old profile to import'
  4. following that, repeat the process for 'history.sqlite' (these are your 'collected addresses')
