Normal websites have redirect to spam every click, there is an unknown dylib in my iPhone analytics corresponding to roughly the time they started. I need help.

Just in case it is a browser hijack, how do I remove it. iOS 18.3.2 and I'm pretty sure I have the current Firefox addition. iOS app
