about:config is not available on IOS Firefox
about:config is useful in personalizing one's laptop version of Firefox Browser but it is not available on an IOS firefox browser app.
What is the reason behind it? Why isn't 'about config' available on IOS's browser?

The Firefox on iOS is a shell and not quite the same as the Android Firefox or desktop Firefox.
Firefox for iOS uses the built-in iOS WebKit-based rendering framework instead of Gecko.

Firefox app on IOS is just like Google Chrome. Nothing can be changed to modify the config.
Is there another app on IOS which has equivalent 'about:config' in it?
