ALL OF A SUDDEN ATTACHMENTS TO MY EMAILS STOPPED GOING TO PUBLIC DOWNLOADS AND ARE NOW GOING TO APPDATA/LOCAL/TEMP. HOW DO I GET IT BACK TO PUBLIC DOWNLOADS? DO NOT SEE SETTING FOR THIS IN TB???

Settings/General/Files & Attachments, select Save files to, Browse... to the desired location.
