Email Received in gmail and after 18+ hours in configured Thunderbird

I configured Thunderbird with my Gmail Account.

Some one send a email on date 12-Mar-19 at 02:49 PM and I send many emails till 06:30 PM but this email not received. Email received next morning when computer ON and when open Gmail then show received at 12-Mar-19 02:50 PM as sending day.

Its not always but repeated many times.

Same condition in sending.

Please guide me for solution.

Is the sending domain a personal/ business domain?

There is a common practice by larger ISP's to simply "hang up" on new/ poorly configured mail server and not allow them to deliver mail until they have made three or more delivery attempts. It is considered to be a SPAM mitigation process.
