I notice that you have this extension listed in the System Details list: "Yahoo Homepage" This usually means that you need to check the Options/Preferences of this extension to set the home page. You can't do this in "Options/Preferences -> Home" as it is probably grayed (disabled) and further down you should see a notice that an extension is controlling the Home Page and the New Tab Page.
