I am still seeking help with a particularly stubborn problem. Firefox will not connect to internet. It loads with blank page and Tab at top. It just quit one day after working just fine. No hardware or software changes to CPU. I have searched forums and other sources but no one seems to have the knowledge to fix the problem. I can use IE and Microsoft Edge with no problems.

I am also confused as to why a Firefox Support Agent does not answer these requests. I have seen similar posts as to never getting results from non-experts. Well, if it comes to that, I have IE to fall back on and good riddance to Firebox.

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

This is a community support forum. Firefox is a free product to download and use.

Mozilla does not have the resources to have a large staff of people to do regular support on this forum. They also do not have call centres for one on one support by phone, chat, or email (as it would be costly to do it for free) like you may see with pay for products like some antivirus clients or with Microsoft.
