The problem lies with IBM. It can happen every 6 weeks when a new version of Firefox is released, if IBM doesn't have the latest version available on the date Mozilla releases the next new version of Firefox.

Yes it's a pain in the ass for Firefox users, but the manner that IBM chose to create the Trusteer Rapport addon for Firefox is what created that issue.

If you update that addon it should work again.
