Few second pop up of a black screen microsoft c files shows up randomly. I tried sophos, and ccleaner, still happening what now?

How do I get rid of this, the only thing I can remember downloading is the FireFox new update awhile back. Otherwise opening emails that appeared appropriate, and LI articles. What malware/virus scanner can I use to remove this, and where do I download it from? Will it run with my Sophos/CCleaner still in place?

Thank you

Hi

So that we can better understand what you are seeing, please can you take a screenshot when it next appears (press the "Print Screen" key, then paste it into a Paintbrush file, save as filename.jpg).

This will help us to find a solution for you.

You may have ad/mal-ware. Further information can be found in this article; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
