For a long time I was unable to open attachments (Adobe Acrobat) if they were part of a large distribution. If sent individually, was generally able to open, save, etc.

Yesterday and today, the incoming email does not even show an attachment, even though I know that it was attached when sent to me. How can I fix these two problems?
