I just installed the update to 39.0.3 from 39.0. Keyboard unresponsive...

After the 39.0.3 update on XPsp3, the keyboard is often unresponsive, i.e. the 'alt' key will not bring up the title bar menu or 'cont+n' will not open a new window. It was working fine before the update. Is this a common problem?
