Chosen solution

Go thru the log-in process. Where you enter your name / password there should be a link Forgot Password. Most site have this.

Would you please clarify what site you are trying to log in to?

If the service is not a Mozilla service, it might be best to contact the customer support of that site instead of Mozilla Support, as they'll be better able to help resolve your problem.
