ow do I access my favorites. They disappeared upon installing firefox

Hi patriciacrossnow,

You should take a look at this article with common questions after upgrading. You probably see the Firefox menu at the top left of the screen now, is that correct? If you do, your Bookmarks are now in Firefox > Bookmarks.

If you would like to give Firefox a more familiar look and feel, try going to Firefox > Options > Menu Bar. That will put your menus across the top of the page again. If you are specifically talking about the Bookmarks toolbar that runs along the top of the page, you need to enable it in Firefox > Options > Bookmarks Toolbar if you still have the Firefox menu or going to View > Toolbars > Bookmarks Toolbar if you have the Menu Bar enabled.
