When I close out a site that I reached by using FF and then decide to go back to another site a few minutes later I get the mesage FF is still running I have to resart my computer to use FF again

I go to a site using FF. Use log out if they have one then go to file and quit. If I decide to click on FF again from my desktop icon for FF I get the message FF is still running and I have to restart my computer to use FF again

It sounds like Firefox is not completely quitting when you quit it. It could be an add-on or your security software that's interfering. Here are some steps to troubleshoot.
