Bookmarks missing on Menu Bar. Unable to Subscribe with Live Bookmarks.
Use 7.0.1. Bookmarks missing on the Menu Bar. When I intend to subscribe with live bookmarks, the bookmarks aren't saved on the Bookmark Toolbar. The Subscribe With Live Bookmarks dialog box opens with empty fields (not auto-populated). I enter Name, Feed Location and Site Location and click Subscribe, but the bookmark doesn't show on the toolbar. It seems rather different from previous versions.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
