Do I have to read a novels worth of the forum to get an answer? 1200+ pages of questions never replied to I can see how well this is going to go.

Is there anyway to get through to customer/technical support? Does Firefox support actually ever help anyone or am I subject to passerby's to help me with THEIR product?

Have you tried first typing a topic in the search box, upper right?

Oh that. Yes. It doesn't tell me anything I don't already know. I know where the settings are and how to have them set. The issue is it's NOT doing what the settings are telling it to do. I'm not new to Firefox. I'm only new to needing their help with it.
