Whenever I refresh firefox due to malfunctions with firefox I must take a screenshot of my 4 rows of shortcuts and manually re-enter all the information again for all of them otherwise some just reappear all jumbled and many are missing.

Is there any way for firefox to keep my shortcuts and to restore them after refresh in the order and quantity that they were before? Its so frustrating that I have to do this every time I do a refresh that it makes refreshing a chore more than a solution for the original problem/s.
