I have the same issue and my screen also looks like the screen cap above. I have not changed anything since yesterday when it worked last.

Do you have an add-on called Ghostery?

My YT page instead is full black. I tried disabling ublock, ghostery, privatebadger, but nothing fixed it.

Please can you try using private browsing with all add-ons disabled.

Does YouTube now work better?

I had this. Clearing cache fixed it.
