how to empty deleted file?

Do you mean the Trash Folder? Go to the trash folder and click inside the window that has all the emails listed. Use the keyboard command Ctrl+A which will highlight all the emails. Nit the 'Delete' key on the keyboard. WARNING - once you hit the 'Delete' key, you will not be able to recover any of these emails.
Do you mean the Trash Folder?
If so, right-click the Trash folder in the folder pane - Empty Trash.
