When attempting to insert account/password into a website, the Firefox would popup, ask for the iOS passcode, popup the list of matching accounts then immediately closed that popup and create a blank tab. This also happened when trying an alternative but similar method with "Use saved password". Infuriating. Difficult to reaearch this.
