Print ing colour images in emails
Hello, Whan i receive an email from ebay for a purchase it usually includes a colour image. Just recently when I go and print it it does not print the image. Grateful for someone's help. many thanks kr David

Hi, When you hit the "Print" menu, first if the preview is the same as your e-mail and then ensure that the Color Mode (ar another setting that you might have on your printer) is set to Color and not to Black and White!

Thank you but when I go into print the image is not appearing. My printer works fine in colour for other things, just ebay emails. Strange. kr David
Does it appear in your email fully?
The image does not appear in the print preview either. It will print from my ipad which seems to suggest that the printer is working ok. kr David
