Printed Emails are missing colours and formatting from email?

I just switched computers and before I switched computers, when I printed an email it included all colours and formatting including backgrounds and buttons etc. On my new computer all of that is missing and it prints everything on a white background (even though the email background is grey) and prints buttons in white as well instead of the colour they are. I want to know what I need to do to fix this. I often print email proofs and not having the ability to print every as it appears is driving me crazy.

I'd be quite happy with that. The missing colours don't add anything to the document, and you're saving a lot of ink or toner.

However, when I print here, I get a dialogue box, as shown in the attached picture.

You won't have the exact same dialogue because it varies with operating system and printer; this one is a generic Linux driver, I think. But search around in yours for similar options to enable printing of background colours and images.

Thank you!!! I managed to find the setting and it is working properly again. Most emails I don't care, but I often have to print full color proofs of email marketing designs for my manager. Thanks again!
