I have switched to Beta and can't remember old password. How do I create new password when the system refuses everyone in-putted. I have retrieved my contacts and messages but I cannot send or receive messages without a password.

Is it the "Primary Password" that you need, to unlock an account password you had previously saved, or the email account password itself that you need?
