I delited my account en tryed too make a new account. the same problem accurse and i lost all my maps on that account. I dont see my maps Sorry for bad englisch ) i am from Holland)

Did you already have the ellen@ account in TB? If so, when you added the tolhuisen@ account, it may have been set to send on the Default smtp server, which was the ellen@ smtp. Some providers will automatically switch out the intended sending address, in this case tolhuisen, for the address of the smtp, i.e. ellen.

Open Tools/Account Settings, select an account in the left pane, then look at Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the lower right pane. Set the ellen account to send on the leid...nu smtp server (which it probablyy already is) and set the tolhuisen account to send on the ziggo smtp, with the same User Name. If the ziggo smtp isn't listed, create it in Outgoing Server (SMTP) at the bottom of the left pane of Account Settings.

You can re-subscribe to the missing folders (maps) by right-clicking the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe.

Thank you , i try too do what you suggested. I have now my outgoing mail too ziggo account. Thank you but i still have not heve my maps. Thank you you are very helpfull
