can't recieve email
login to server inbound.att.net failed I can send but not recieve. It asks for my mail password but i forgot it. How to reset password?

Email passwords are administered with your provider which in your case seems to be AT&T. Unfortunately AT&T have sold their soul to Yahoo for email and they are a very poor provider. Yahoo customers have been being forced to visit the web mail site and change their password in the last couple of weeks. You should try that and see if it helps. There should be a link on your providers email help page to do this.
