How can I synchronize contacts and calendar from my Samsung S5 and Thunderbird ?

Hello,

I have a phone Samsung Galaxy S5 with 2 calendars : Samsung and Gmail. How can I import my calendars, and then synchronize them automatically ?

And same question for the contacts in my phone.

the usual approach is phone to gmail. Gmail to Thunderbird with the gcontacts add-on
