Firefox crashes
whenever i click on the firefox icon on my machine, its not opening and i cant play a game on facebook, its alerting that the adobe reader is crushed

Hello, Can you please try restarting Firefox in Safe mode, on Windows you can simply do it by pressing and Holding the SHIFT key and then double clicking on the Firefox Icon on Your Desktop.

Moreover can you you please provide us with some of the crash reports Ids.
To view your crash reports from within Firefox:
- In the address bar, type about:crashes and press Enter. A list of links to your crash reports will appear.
- Copy and paste those IDs alongwith date and Time here in the Reply box.
