After firefox update 153.0.1 I can no longer delete my history manually without firefox locking up
When I try to manually delete all my browsing history from the browsing history icon, firefox locks up and nothing happens until I click my mouse button and I get the message box stating that Firefox is not responding and it gives me two choices, close the program or wait for firefox to respond-

This has been posted by others e.g. support.mozilla.org/questions/1595066 but nobody was able to submit a bug report with any actionable data yet.
Do you see any recent crash reports after you get it closed out by the system?
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted (and Unsubmitted, if any) Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

There's a fix out today: firefox.com/firefox/153.0.4/releasenotes — see if that resolves the issue you saw.
