Before my computer tech reinstalled the operating system, I exported bookmarks to an html file on my external hard drive. Now I'm trying to import them and nothing happens. Don't know what to do next. Help please.

Thanks Josh. I'd read that article and it still didn't help. I ended up doing a System Restore and managed to get my bookmarks back.
