Imported bookmarks go to the bottom of the "Bookmarks Menu" folder or according to one of the answers today in the case of Internet Explorer into a folder named "Internet Explorer".
Simply open the folder you find those bookmarks in for the bookmarks toolbar, Select the contents and paste into you Bookmark Toolbar the one on your toolbars.

Aha! There it is. I just figured that because I was importing from a Firefox file that everything would show up exactly the same. Thanks.
