how can I stop firefox from refreshing the web page every few minutes
Every couple of minutes (maybe 5) Firefox auto refreshes my home page, forcing me to start reading the page from the top, every time. How do I stop this? My home page is a news page.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
