Firefox 36.0.4 on dell venue 8 3830 does not work

This runs Windows 8.1 and may not have a supported version of Firefox if it does not run the desktop version.
If it is running Android:
http://www.dell.com/us/p/dell-venue-8/pd is a Android tablet.
If you install the Android (x86) file from https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and launch Nightly does Firefox start?
The previous version before 36.0.4 worked flawlessly. It is only the latest update that doesn't work at all.
Nightly gives me the exact same problem. No webpage ever loads and the progress bad never makes it past 25%.
