I've recently upgraded from an a34 to an a56, both phones running the same build of Firefox, both signed into my account however the old phone can see the tabs of my laptop and the new phone, the new phone can't see anything. I'd like to be able to port the tabs over ideally.

Also of note is the tab view is totally different between the two phones in layout too.

I'm at a loss as to how I can painlessly move over the tabs.

sync between Android pad and Win desktop only works occasionally. says "last sync nn hours ago" for a long time but then syncs regularly. this used to work in earlier versions

Hello, I have the F-Secure password manager on my PC. Synchronization with my smartphone is also working fine. But it doesn't work in Firefox Android. I can't set up an extension for F-Secure. Thank you very much for your help, Peter

'Hi. I noticed earlierthings glitching now wenttomy accountpage and they want me to reeverify my password and b it keeps saying wrong. Then sends me a email to fix with the number and says it's wrong! I am down to 2 or 3 attempt

Firefox on my Android device recently updated, but when I checked my bookmarks from the menu, they were gone. I didn't have syncing or anything special enabled. Are the bookmarks still saved in a folder somewhere on my device or were they deleted in the update?

I'm experiencing an issue with a site that has broken links. I contacted them and they asked me to delete their cookies. I am unable to find a way to do this.

Is there a method for me to do this?

For the past two weeks, I haven’t been able to access youtube.com on Firefox. Every other browser loads it without any issues. I’ve already tried switching devices, reinstalling Firefox, changing networks and locations—but nothing fixes it. The YouTube app works fine, and this problem only occurs when opening youtube.com in Firefox.

On desktop Firefox, I get:

Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to youtube.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

On mobile Firefox, I get:

Cannot Complete Request Additional information about this problem or error is currently unavailable.

I would appreciate any help resolving this issue.

I was advised by ESET to change my Facebook password, which I have done on my desktop. The new password was successfully saved to Firefox Password Manager. My Android phone is SYNCed to the desktop, but Facebook on my phone refuses to accept the new password.

I receive emails from "TenTabs from Firefox". When i click on the unsubscribe button in the email, i get directed to the following page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/newsletter/existing/ When i enter my email and click "Send me a link", i get a new email in my inbox with the subject "Your email preference center link", and a button in the email that says "Email preference center". When i click on the link, it takes me to a page saying "Manage your Email Preferences". I didnt find Ten Tabs to unsubscribe. Even i umsubscribed from the 4 options available on the site but i still recieve emails every couple of days.

I want to easily unsubscribe from TenTabs. I did some research and i think it is related to Pocket.

Cant sign in to scan code to sync devices.

I will be 99 years old trying to do what you say i must but there is no sign in

I think Firefox would be great if i ever somehow manage to go here do this do that.

I need to enable javascript for getting access to some sites which are very useful for any projects, I have tried many things to get access of that, I know javascript can be enabled as default but it doesn't work for me and I also tried disabling extensions, clearing cookie sites and turning off enchanted tracking protection. None of these worked, I am using android device so doing troubleshooting mode won't work. There's a command (about: config) everyone has tried and eventually became successful to get access to enable javascript. This command doesn't even load in searchbar which made me very mad, by doing everything I've tried. Please I need you to help me with this.

Every time I open up Firefox or a new tab, browser wants to know "what I think" of it.

First time it popped up, I clicked "It's great" but eventually I'm getting so annoyed of it I'm considering other browsers.

The carefully organized order of my Firefox bookmarks on my PC is completely ruined by the stupid alphabetical sorting of bookmarks on the Firefox app on my Androïd smartphone. And that is all the more frustrating than the icon pictures of the links are replaced by a mere letter which doesn't enable to recognise the website's icon visually. In my ASTROLOGY folder of my Firefox bookmarks which includes about 100 links, it is a real pain in the neck to find the links to my favorite websites whose precise names I don't necessarily remember (Astrology websites often have similar names) among in such an extensive list of bookmarks, instead of finding my favourit and most usual bookmarks at the very beginning of the list in the folder.
