Hi, I am a web developer and use CSS Inspect a lot - hours usually, everyday usually. I have been using Chrome for this for a few years, and they changed the Inspector layout in a way that slowed my workflow down tremendously, so now I'm using Firefox more for that. I have a few questions...

  1. In the Computed tab of Inspector, is it possible for the field / value pairs to collapse into one line? In Chrome - (first time you've heard a sentence start like that, I'm sure) - if I resized the sections, at a certain point they would do this. That way I can see twice as much, and all that space isn't wasted after the attribute. Is this possible here? I can tweak anything I need to - just looking for where to go.

Attached is the way it looks now, and a little excerpt mockup I made showing what I am hoping to achieve.

  1. Secondly, is it possible to have the Layout and Computed tab consolidated into one tab? In Chrome, I used to love seeing the box model directly above the computed styles.

Thanks, Ben

If I make this computed panel wider then at some point it switches to one line mode. I don't think there is a way to move the box panel to computed. Under the box panel only the modified rules are displayed.
