paste multiple emails to outgoing

I have a group of 30, that would get emails daily. Can I make a list of the 30 emails, and "paste" all 30 emails (at one time) into write(s) to: field. or send to: johndo@gmail.com

Then use the same list to send a different email?

The 1st email to the 30, would not be present in the 2nd email to the 30.

Currently I use one old email containing all 30 email addresses, & reply all. The email grows & becomes cumbersome
