When I attempt to bookmark a page, the drop down "Bookmarks Menu" only shows me 4 of the 11 bookmark folders I have created, and I cannot scroll to the others.

I have to save the new bookmark in one of these 4 folders, then open "Show your bookmarks" and cut and paste it where I want it.

Chosen solution

If you do not see that folder, go to the far right of the Folder line, and press the down arrow. You can also create a new folder.
