Firefox has created hundreds and hundreds of new bookmark folders and it will take forever to delete them
I ammso frustrated and angry with Firefox it just seems to do what it likes when it wants and doesn't give a dam about helping you resolve the issue.
How do I remove all these new BookmarksBar folders from my Bookmarks menu.

Mouse Over, Right click and delete
Sounds like maybe something got stuck to create multiples.

Are you using Sync to sync bookmarks to other devices?
If you use Sync then best is to disconnect Sync while performing maintenance/repair efforts to files in the Firefox profile folder.
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database (bookmarks and history) in the Firefox profile folder.
