Hi ozmizin, I notice you have two different VPN or proxy extensions. Some sites have moved up to a new level of compression that intermediaries cannot properly decode.

While this can happen with either legitimate proxies and security software or with malware/hacking, if you're sure there is no unwanted "man in the middle" you could try this test:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button to accept the risk.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste enco and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the network.http.accept-encoding.secure preference to pop up an editing box, and remove this from the end:

, br

so it looks like the line above it

gzip, deflate

Then click OK to save the change.

Any difference when you reload Google or YouTube? (You may need to use Ctrl+Shift+r to bypass the cached page.)

Note that your System Details list shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts. The user.js file will only be present if you or other software has created this file and normally won't be present.

You can check its content with a text editor (right-click: "Open with"; do not double-click). The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.

You can delete the user.js file if you didn't create this file yourself.
